Love
Location : Souq Waqif
Love cannot be stopped. It is a viral infection once you get infected. It is very hard to get rid of it and it keeps on haunting you. This photo is my all time favorite. The photo states that love cannot be stopped no matter where we are. The look in their eyes show how innocent their love is.
No matter how noisy the surrounding was. They both were in the same position for a long time.
And this was a very beautiful and interesting scene. When we look at them we feel something different inside us. We feel happy thinking that where ever we are love is unstoppable. I stood there with my camera and was watching them share love for minutes.
The moral is the slightest thing that we see or hear makes us smile. Our smile is our power and we need to get rid of all our negative feelings and bring out that smile. A smile can make you a whole different person. Haven't you noticed when someone smile at you in the morning and through out you will be happy thinking why did he smile or the smile keep on poking you.

Random kid with a Parrot
Location : Souq Waqif ,Qatar
I was roaming around in Souq Waqif searching for best shots. Suddenly, i noticed this kid. He was running around looking at different pets and touching them. Exactly at the same time i was snapping this bird in the photo. He came and pushed me and asked the seller. whether, he can hold the bird or not. The seller allowed him to hold the bird and i saw a smile on his face.
Then, another interesting part was that since i was standing there watching him playing with the bird. He tried to give me poses but i did not notice him as i was so in to taking best shots. He called me 'Bro' in Arabic and asked me to take a shot. I was happy to take his shot and i found the bird and him interesting as well. As you can see from the photo that both were looking at each other. The bird did not even ignore when the boy showed his hand.
Here in this photo , I give importance to the smile that the boy had when he was running around and touching pets. The smile on his face when the seller allowed to hold the bird. The smile on his face when i took his photo and at the end , the smile i had on my face when i saw him, when he asked me to take a photo. Don't you think a smile can give you a better feeling. Don't you think that our smile is our power. Everything can be changed with the help of a smile.

The Look

Well, he/she was really interesting. I do not know whether he/she is used to posing for camera. Since a lot of people come to Souq Waqif to take photographs. Especially near the pets area you can see a lot of people taking photographs using their smartphones / camera. When i took my camera out to click a photo of him/her, the bird started posing. I do not know whether the bird knows what is in my hand / maybe he is used to it. He/She started to give me different poses.
The question that came to my mind was, is he/she trying to be friendly with me? So that i would help him to get out of the cage he is in?. I wish i could just give freedom to all these creatures here. May be they are happy/ maybe they are not. How can we understand them? how can we make everyone happy?.

Sleeping Tortoise
Location : Souq Waqif ,Qatar
How does it feel to stay inside a cage? Do you know? Have you ever experienced it?. Waiting for some one to buy , a confused life of a tortoise. Human beings cannot stay in a cage for at least few minutes then think about these living things that stay inside the cage for days. People don't even know whether he is dead or alive. Are they getting enough food?. Are they able to live a happy life?. Maybe once they are bought by someone.
Can you even imagine? more than 30 tortoise in one cage?. Doesn't even have space to move around. Imagine a situation where, an innocent individual has been pushed inside a prison filled with criminals. When we consider a human as an example we feel sympathy but imagine in the case of an animal? Do we feel the exact same way?. Ask your self, do you feel the same way?. Life is short, we should live happily and enjoy as much as we can as a human being. Don't you think that the animals should live in the same way?.
I tried to touch him on his shell, on his head. He did not move . Made me feel that he is no more but a sudden movement from his side made me feel happy. Why did i smile? why was i happy?. Have you ever wondered why we smile all of a sudden, even though we are not doing anything at the time or thinking about something else?. Most of us do not know the answer. Exactly the same feeling for me. I dunno why the sudden slight movement made me smile but that smile made me bright and gave me a better feeling compared to my best moments. If you have noticed, the sudden short smiles that come all of a sudden has better effects than other situations. As yourself , do you think what i think is true?.

Bird Eye
Location : Souq Waqif ,Qatar
The striking thing in this photo is the eye of the bird. He kept still in this position when i was trying to take the shot. I took around 5 shots and he didn't even blink or make a slight movement. The look in his eye makes us feel that he wants something from us. Or may be he is wondering what is this huge thing in my hand / thinking whether i am going to hurt him. Feels like a lot of questions in his mind.
Questions in our mind? is he taken good care of? is he getting enough food? Why is he looking at us like that?. What do you think?. When we look at him we wonder what might be his problem?. All he wants is freedom. Where he can live on his own. A free bird is always happy. That is why we compare our human life to a caged bird and a free bird. Don't you think so?.
All we are looking for is happiness. It is the same with all living things. When there is happiness there is everything. It is not about money, or food. It is all about happiness. So we should start searching for our own happiness and make others happy. I wish i could read the birds mind to know what he is going through. The look in his eyes is a still memory in my mind as well as in my camera ( Canon 650 D).

A Hidden Place Near Irkaya Farm Qatar
Do you know that there is a place near Irkaya Farm, Qatar which is really beautiful. If you wish to see different kind of birds and greenery that is the best place to visit. If you are professional photographer / a person interested in photography do not miss this place. You might need professional lens to take the best shot. But still you can get better shots using your beginner cameras. I myself used Canon 650 D with Kit lens.
We went on Friday 16/2/2018. It took us 45 minutes to reach the exact location and it was heavy fog around 6:30 am. The first thing i noticed when i arrived at the place was the spider webs. After the foggy weather the tiny water droplets on the spider webs were quite interesting. So i decided to take few shots.
The place is filled with different kinds of birds, snakes and spiders. Every were you can notice spider webs in different shapes. As you can see from the photos . It is quite interesting to see the different shapes and shiny water droplets on the webs. Well, If you are planning to take photos, watch out of the snakes.
It is a must visit place. For those who wish to explore Qatar visit Irkaya Farm and the place near by as well. And do not forget to carry your camera.
